On line 43, the value for the surname field is "Plante", the suggested correction is "Daniel". Submitted anonymously.
This correction was evaluated by Michel Dubois: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct. This comment was added: Selon BMS2000, c'est bien Plante pour la soeur d'Alexina Plante.
