This correction was evaluated by Glen Johnson: A change other than the suggested correction has been made, I have checked the image of the original form and agree with the current value This comment was added: I think the adopted son has been given the new surname, but his original surname is included and is "Cosby", not "Stanley". The former occurs in the area, while the latter does not.
