On line 4, the value for the day field is "17", the suggested correction is "7". Submitted by Shelley. The following comment was attached: MB Vitals lists birthdate as Aug 7-looks like maybe enumerator wrote age of 13 by mistake then wrote a 7 over-either way, day as shown could be 7, 13, 17
This correction was evaluated by Krystal Tait: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct.
