This correction was evaluated by Krystal Tait: I have checked the image of the original form and am very sure that the suggested correction does not reflect the original.

This correction was evaluated by Krystal Tait: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct.
