On line 47, the value for the surname field is "Handly?", the suggested correction is "Hendly". Submitted by K.Anderson.
This correction was evaluated by Lesley O'Neil: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct. This comment was added: Too many loops for "Hendly"--Perhaps Hundly? Otherwise Hemdly is an option but I doubt that one as a name. I've added Hundly.
