On line 16, the value for the surname field is "Hiyot?", the suggested correction is "Hugot". Submitted by Bill Martin.
This correction was evaluated by Lorna Madill: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct.
