On line 20, the value for the surname field is "???n", the suggested correction is "D?n". Submitted by Shelley. The following comment was attached: compare first letter with the D's in Dec-we are also supposed to only put one ? to indicate unknown letter/letters
This correction was evaluated by Margaret Cox: A change other than the suggested correction has been made, I have checked the image of the original form and agree with the current value
