The following comment was attached: The loop on the "6" was poorly formed and in the "Age" field the last digit looks nothing like the way the enumerator formed his "9" in the "Age" field on line 3 immediately below.
This correction was evaluated by Mark Gallop: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct.
