On line 45, the value for the month field is "Jan", the suggested correction is "Jun". Submitted anonymously. The following comment was attached: Note birthdate of next younger sibling. June is at least possible!
This correction was evaluated by Carol Foisy: I have checked the image of the original form and am very sure that the suggested correction does not reflect the original. This comment was added: 2nd line up, you can see an example of June in this handwriting. It doesn't compare, also there's no 31st in June. Clearly there's an error here, but transcription must be "as written".
