On line 12, the value for the surname field is "Ellacatt", the suggested correction is "Ellacott". Submitted by Aileen Sloane. The following comment was attached: As enumerated, the stroke leading out to the first "t" comes from the top = "o".
This correction was evaluated by Mark Gallop: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct.
