On line 25, the value for the givens field is "Sophronia", the suggested correction is "Sophronie". Submitted by Eileen LaBonte.
This correction was evaluated by Mark Gallop: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct. This comment was added: I note that she is English and so more likely to have the 'a' ending
