On line 3, the value for the givens field is "Nellie F.", the suggested correction is "Nellie ?". Submitted by Margaret Cox. The following comment was attached: Don't know what this initial is, but it doesn't resemble the "F" directly to the right of it.
This correction was evaluated by Mark Gallop: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct.
