On line 28, the value for the givens field is "Arcebaldo", the suggested correction is "Arcebald". Submitted by Margaret Cox.
This correction was evaluated by Harold Hails: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct.
