On line 41, the value for the surname field is "Cullierier", the suggested correction is "Cuillerier". The following comment was attached: Suggested family name of Cuillerier.
This correction was evaluated by Mark Gallop: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct.
