On line 2, the value for the day field is "11", the suggested correction is "27". Submitted by Margaret Cox. The following comment was attached: Looks more like a ditto mark than an "11".
This correction was evaluated by Gord Haddow: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct. This comment was added: If he used ditto marks for dates, why aren't they on the line below as well?
