On line 20, the value for the surname field is "Flewelling", the suggested correction is "Hewelling". Submitted by Tanya Lowry.
This correction was evaluated by Mark Gallop: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct.
