On line 30, the value for the surname field is "Amerian", the suggested correction is "Asmvian (?)". Submitted by J. Bush.
This correction was evaluated by Gord Haddow: I have checked the image of the original form and am very sure that the suggested correction does not reflect the original. This comment was added: 3rd/4th letter is definitely 'r' - he uses both forms at random as in 'Boarder' (same line)
