On line 6, the value for the year field is "1849", the suggested correction is "1839". Submitted anonymously. The following comment was attached: 1939 birth agrees with 1911 Canada Census - 8 years older than wife
This correction was evaluated by NLF: I have checked the image of the original form and am very sure that the suggested correction does not reflect the original. This comment was added: It probably should say 1839...but....unfortunately not what the census taker wrote down.
