This correction was evaluated by Gord Haddow: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct. This comment was added: Compare to his 'L' in Lodger on line 15

On line 12, the value for the surname field is "Burnette", the suggested correction is "Burnett". Submitted anonymously. The following comment was attached: This is my great-grandfather. His name appears on his marriage certificate (located at the London(UK) Metropolitan Archives) as "Burnett", with no "e" on the end.
This correction was evaluated by Gord Haddow: I have checked the image of the original form and am very sure that the suggested correction does not reflect the original. This comment was added: Sorry, but the enumerator wrote it with an 'e', and that is what we are required to record.
