On line 3, the value for the surname field is "Leiskau", the suggested correction is "Reiskau". Submitted by Bob Preiss.
This correction was evaluated by Mark Young: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct. This comment was added: The letter looks a lot more like the L in Lippert (just above) than any of the Rs on this page.
