On line 3, the value for the givens field is "Emauel", the suggested correction is "Emanuel". Submitted by Louise Carpentier.
This correction was evaluated by Mark Gallop: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct.
