On line 50, the value for the givens field is "Ger?him J", the suggested correction is "Ger?him S". Submitted by Bill Noble. The following comment was attached: The initial appears to be an "S", The letter does not go below the line as would a J.
This correction was evaluated by Margaret Cox: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct. This comment was added: This initial does not resemble the "S" in "Son" or "Shirley" (on line 49).
