On line 9, the value for the givens field is "Mary F", the suggested correction is "Mary T.". Submitted by Patsy Anne Dennison.
This correction was evaluated by Margaret Cox: I have checked the image of the original form and am very sure that the suggested correction does not reflect the original. This comment was added: I see a little horizontal stroke to the right of the initial, which makes it an "F" in my opinion.
