On line 2, the value for the givens field is "Annes", the suggested correction is "Annie". Submitted by Tracey Sheady.
This correction was evaluated by Willie Armstrong: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct. This comment was added: I is dotted in Turnicliffe below, hard to see if it's an "i" or an "e"
