On line 2, the value for the surname field is "Boaz", the suggested correction is "Boaz Neves". Submitted by Shelley. The following comment was attached: maybe should be Neves Boaz? can't find him anywhere to confirm
This correction was evaluated by Krystal Tait: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct.
