On line 1, the value for the givens field is "Cathem", the suggested correction is "Catherine". Submitted anonymously. The following comment was attached: While the original is not very clear, I'm wondering whether the name is actually Catherine.
This correction was evaluated by Gord Haddow: I have checked the image of the original form and am very sure that the suggested correction does not reflect the original. This comment was added: Catherine is probably correct, but definitely not what is written - a line note is appropriate in a case like this
