On line 38, the value for the surname field is "McComb", the suggested correction is "McCombs". Submitted by Aileen Sloane. The following comment was attached: I see an "s" after the 'b'. It is beginning to disappear from view! Aileen.
This correction was evaluated by Mark Gallop: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct.
