On line 39, the value for the day field is "6", the suggested correction is "4". Submitted by Glenn Morgan. The following comment was attached: No loop as in other "6"s on page. Compare to last digit of birth year.
This correction was evaluated by James Gibson: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct. This comment was added: The number does not quite compare to "4"s on this page either. These numbers are more angular.
