On line 32, the value for the givens field is "Carles", the suggested correction is "Charles". Submitted by Aileen Sloane. The following comment was attached: 1st. letter is German script compound consonant for [ Ch]. Charles confirmed in 1881 Census where he is with parents under RATENBERY in Howick, Huron North,Dist 175 SubDist A Div 1 Page 55 Family 222.
This correction was evaluated by Mark Gallop: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct.
