On line 41, the value for the givens field is "Florena", the suggested correction is "Florence". Submitted by J. Bush.
This correction was evaluated by Willie Armstrong: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct. This comment was added: Could be either, I think it looks a little more like an "a", but you might be right.
