On line 18, the value for the givens field is "W. D.", the suggested correction is "W. H., Dr.". The following comment was attached: Occupation is medical doctor. Compare capital D in Dec line 21, also 2nd initial H compares to other H's on this page.
This correction was evaluated by Looking at the past: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct.
