On line 3, the value for the surname field is "Lang Tam", the suggested correction is "Long Tom". Submitted anonymously. The following comment was attached: known to be this name and the "a" looks a lot like an "o"
This correction was evaluated by Kevin Hanit: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct.
