On line 23, the value for the surname field is "Bamhart", the suggested correction is "Barnhart". Submitted anonymously.
This correction was evaluated by Margaret Cox: I have checked the image of the original form and am very sure that the suggested correction does not reflect the original. This comment was added: The third letter in the surname looks like an "m" to me, not "r" and "n".
