On line 20, the value for the surname field is "Hawthorn", the suggested correction is "Hawthorne". The following comment was attached: There is an "e" on the end. And same for the rest of the family, of course.
This correction was evaluated by Mark Gallop: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct.
