On line 33, the value for the surname field is "Cheverdon", the suggested correction is "Cleverdon". Submitted anonymously.
This correction was evaluated by Margaret Cox: I have checked the image of the original form and am very sure that the suggested correction does not reflect the original. This comment was added: It looks like an "h" to me. Compare with the "l" in "Alvin" on line 36.
