On line 45, the value for the givens field is "Philimena", the suggested correction is "Philomena". Submitted by Aileen Sloane. The following comment was attached: The letter following the "l" is clearly an "o", That dot above it has no bearing on the spelling which in this case, is correct.
This correction was evaluated by Mark Gallop: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct.
