This correction was evaluated by Glen Johnson: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct. This comment was added: I have looked at other "f"s on the page and this is not an "f". "Railton" exists elsewhere, "Rulton" does not.
