On line 45, the value for the surname field is "Worman", the suggested correction is "Norman". Submitted by Mark Gallop.
This correction was evaluated by Margaret Cox: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct. This comment was added: The first letter in the surname looks more like the "W" in Wife (line 48) than the "N" in Nov on this line.
