On line 19, the value for the surname field is "McCaudless", the suggested correction is "McCandless". Submitted by J. David Thomas. The following comment was attached: Margaret McCandless & her daughter, Margaret A., are in the 1881 Guelph census
This correction was evaluated by Lorne MacFarlane: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct.
